“Reducing fluids can help reduce number of times you need to cath”

While it may technically be true that you won’t create as much urine if you don’t drink as much, THIS IS TERRIBLE ADVICE. The consequences of dehydration will cause far more trouble than cathing a couple of times more during the day. It is essential to keep drinking fluids (ideally 6-8 glasses of water a day) to keep your bladder healthy, keep you feeling well and to help avoid infections.
